Greg is a certified Moksha yoga instructor, meditation facilitator and mindfulness coach.
Greg has a passion for helping people transform their lives. He firmly believes that when we are fully supported and given the right tools and resources we can begin to free ourselves from habitual patterns, limiting beliefs and emotional wounds of the past that prevent us from living the abundant and joyful life we were meant to live. Having gone through his own healing and transformative journey he is extremely committed and excited to help people travel that same path to a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life.
Greg brings a blend of ‘being’ and ‘doing’ to the yoga and coaching experience. He has a passion and dedication to his own mindfulness practice but also is committed to helping others integrate the practice for greater well being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
JOSE DOS ANJOS 500-hour YTT/200hour Flow instructor
Jose attended his first yoga class over twelve years ago and has been hooked ever since! He has been teaching children’s yoga for five years and finished the Moksha training in Brazil in 2015. Jose’s teaching emphasizes the connection of a present mind in the moment of movement and the connection of breath to movement in the body.
He has been fortunate enough to learn from some amazing teachers; Ted Grand, Jess Robertson, Frank Jude Boccio, Pierre Desjardins, Michael Stone and Aruna Humphreys and is continually amazed at the power of yoga to transform people’s lives.
Jose is also a musician and a Dad to three of the most amazing kids in the world.
LISA CASARIN, 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher 200 Vinyasa Flow teacher
Lisa originally from the UK completed her Moksha Yoga Teacher Training Program in Nicaragua. She returned back to Nicaragua in Feb 2017 to complete her Moksha Flow training!
Lisa’s passion for yoga truly radiates in her classes, she truly embraces the mind body spirit connection.
As an RMT she also has an extensive background in the healthcare industry, with physical modalities such as massage therapy, reflexology, and acupuncture.
Her passion is making a difference in community, “it’s awesome watching people on their yoga/healing journeys. I feel very blessed to have found my calling as a teacher and a healer.”
Graduating from Kikkawa College Toronto in 2002, Lisa has worked in the Health and Fitness i. Over the past 15 years, she has enjoyed practicing Massage Therapy working with numerous clients in various multidisciplinary clinics.
Experience, intuition, and numerous training courses, enable Lisa to create customized treatment plans that are unique to each individual client. These customized plans promote and enhance optimal wellness for her clients.
As a daily yoga practitioner, and former International Athlete, Lisa is familiar with associated sports injuries and mis-alignment conditions bringing this awareness to her yoga classes!
DR. CHRISTINE MANGUBAT, B.P.E (Kin), DC., D. Ac., A.R.T
Christine will be offering daily Chiropractic, ART treatments and acupuncture sessions during your stay at Blue Spirit.
Christine holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of New Brunswick – where she was a varsity athlete, playing competitive level volleyball. She also attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2006. Christine sees patients with conditions ranging from acute injuries to degenerative diseases, but she has a special interest in sports injuries and women’s health and wellness. Additionally, she has post-graduate training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and is certified in Active Release Technique (ART).
Christine is a mother of two beautiful children, aged 7 and 9 years, and has lived in the Milton community for 10 years. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years. She has a love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking with her family, running, rock climbing, and playing beach volleyball.
